1st Emirate win
23 August 2006Arsenal have hopefully buried the jinx of its new stadium by securing its first win in a competitive match in its new home…….
The Croatian team Dinamo Zagreb put up a spirited fight knowing that there is nothing really to lose after their 3 goal deficit at home in the first leg. Dinamo opened the scoring but the Gunners dug in and never lost shape or focus.
I hope we take this mentality and winning formular to the premiership because we certainly need to do this seeing as the competition is very fierce there.
