Just as predicted
13 September 2006Arsenal beat Hamburg in Germany with exactly the scoreline I predicted. Gilberto led like a true captain from the heart of midfield and set the Gunners on their way with a penalty in the first half. Tomas Rosicky secured the win with a stunning goal in the second half which highlights exactly what Arsene wenger saw in him before signing him up……
Sterling performances from every member of the team made it impossible to believe that the Gunners were the visiting team as they took the game to their hosts. I hope some punters took advantage of my prediction and went to the bookies to place their bets.
