Wenger’s excuses

The gunners know the players they will be using until the next transfer window so let us hope this crop of players settle down quick to start a genuine push for the title.

Wenger has blamed the transfer saga in the team these past few months and international matches as the reason for their poor form so far.

I want to remind him that every team is exposed to the same problem early in the season and Arsenal even have the advantage of starting their Champions League campaign early so the team should be better blended than its rivals. We do not want and will not accept lame duck excuses if we fail to make the impact we should this season
